Regional Speciality and Fine Food Fairs will again be held in Scotland and the North of England this year, with the events also hosting the regional judging heats of the Great Taste Awards.
The Edinburgh Fair moves this year to a city centre location at the Corn Exchange, taking place on May 14 and 15. The Northern show will again be held at the Yorkshire Event Centre in Harrogate, on June 18 and 19.
The Scottish and Northern shows are regional versions of the London Speciality & Fine Food Fair. Each is expected to showcase more than 100 small speciality food and drink producers.
The Edinburgh and Harrogate events run ahead of the national Speciality & Fine Food Fair at Olympia in London from September 3 to 5.
Bob Farrand, organiser of the regional fairs, said: “These shows offer the perfect platform to source the very best in fine food at a location that is convenient to them, in one single day.
