Graduates with disabilities or who have diversity agendas could benefit from online graduate fairs, a leading graduate recruitment expert has claimed.

Jayne Rowley, publishing director for Graduate Prospects, argues that online graduate fairs enable individuals access to a wider range of careers and opportunities.

They give them the opportunity to meet prospective employers and even take part in online interviews, she added.

Ms Rowley noted: “They allow students and graduates direct access to the graduate recruitment teams.”

Furthermore, she stated that candidates could use online fairs to “search the recruiters’ details, make appointments and send their CVs or make online applications – very much like real fairs”.
